Payments & Delivery

Costs:

  • All Prices are in displayed € (Euro)
  • For customers based within the EU the price includes the German VAT at the current rate
  • For customers based oustide the EU the price is Tax Free. (Non EU customers can see the Export Prices by registering and logging in to our webshop!)
  • Origin of delivery is Westerkappeln. Germany

Payment: 

  • We accept Credit Cards and Bank Transfer only. We do not take Paypal. 
  • When paying by Credit Card you should recieve: a) Confirmation of Payments Transaction Process from Saferpay. b) Confirmation of Order
  • When paying by Bank Transfer you should recieve: a) The required details to make payment ( Bank Account etc) b) Confirmation of Order
  • Should you not recieve this information or only part of this information, please contact us immediately and we will supply you with the nessecary information.
  • The Credit Card company we use for card transactions offer a completely secure payment system. Unlike many other companies we do not charge the 3.5% extra to cover this service. It should be noted however that when paying by credit card, the card processing company take payments straight away and we recieve the payment 30 to 60 days later. If you don't want to pay straight away, please select the Bank Transfer method of payment

Shipping:

  • Max weight. 31.5kg (for some countries the DHL weight limit is 20kg per package)
  • We only deliver via Insured Postage. 
  • We deliver with DPD or DHL / Deutsche Post. Except for Firearms and Restricted Items, which are delivered via Registered Firearms Courier.
  • The Customer is charged only for Postage and Packing,  (or in the case of Export Shipments, also a fee for the export permit which is included in the advertised shipping costs)
  • Roedale Precision pay the shipping insurance for your peace of mind!
  • Germany:  up to 5 kg: 6.99 €uro, up to 10 kg: 9.49 €uro, up to 31,5 kg: 16,49 €uro
  • We do not ship to Russia.We regret to inform Customers that shipping to Ukraine is currently not permitted

* An export permit is requested at BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control) by Roedale Precision. The related fees are included in the postage costs! The calculated prices are valid only for the mainland. Island supplements please inquire beforehand.

 

Export authorization for non-EU countries:

  • For the export of arms and spare parts to non-EU countries we need an original signed End-Use-Certificate. Please print out our End-Use-Certificate and send us this filled out and signed via post. In order to speed up the export process, you can also e-mail us a copy as a PDF. (Here you find the Certificate as a pdf-download). (For exports to Australia, Japan, Norway, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland and the USA, we need this document only if the export value is higher than € 5000) 
  • The export license is then requested at the BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control) by Roedale Precision.
  • This lasts for most countries about 14 days to 6 weeks depending on the destination country and is likely to be surrounded by delivery times to do so.
  • The related fees are included in the postage costs!
  • Customs and Duties / import turnover tax: The buyer is responsible to comply with the customs and import regulations of its country. Any applicable duties and import taxes shall be borne by the recipient. To collect your customs office, you may need an import permit in your country.
  • Please note that the above shipping options do not apply to weapons and weapons systems. For this purpose, shall be responsible for a certified weapons Transport Forwarding (following the law). The conditions for this sharing, we will be happy to participate in the contact required for this category.
