The original Roedale Muzzlebrake design has often been copied but has never been bettered.
Threaded M14x1 to fit Hunting rifles, Semi Automatics and all other rifles using the M14x1 muzzle thread, the brake is of the same design as its larger brother the M18x1, it also brings the same efficiency, it is however scaled down in size to make it more suitable to the smaller barrel profiles commonly found in many Hunting Rifles and Semi Automatic Firearms.
Due to its advanced design, the Roedale Muzzlebrake is definately one of the most efficient recoil reduction muzzle brakes available anywhere in the world. Which is probably the reason for the numerous attempts to copy it. The Roedale Muzzlebrake was develeoped to its optimum with the help of the University of Applied Science, Osnabrück-Germany. Copies of our brake do not have the scientific backing,are of a lower quality standard and are simply inferior. Purchasing direct from Roedale ensures you recieve the real thing.
M14x1 is a standard European and Scandinavian Suppressor / Muzzlebrake thread size for the smaller diameter barrels found on many hunting rifles and semi auto's, it can be found on many rifles form several manufacturers.
Our Brakes are screwed onto the muzzle thread, indexed or adjusted and then clamped in place with 2 screws. Fitting all M14x1 muzzle threads.
The Roedale Muzzlebrake will reduce an honest scientificaly measured 50% of the recoil force transmitted to your shoulder. Many other manufacturers claim reduction levels far in excess of this, we however know that these wild claims are only guestimates and not scientificaly tested fact. We don't want to call anyone a liar, but having tested the best and most popular brakes available, scientificaly researched what works and what doesn't and we develope our brakes accordingly, we don't believe anyone who claims thier brake reduces more than 50% of the recoil.
